26/08/25 @ 12:40 - Hardware GPS chipset issue update - We are continuing to test an over the air (OTA) fix (provided by the manufacturer) for the GPS chipset issue that has affected a small number of our devices. Where possible, devices that are still in warranty will be updated over the air (OTA) starting from 08:00 on the 28/08/25. This process will take a few days and will be processed in order that the tickets were logged. All updates will be issued within our SLA as noted in our terms and conditions. Out of warranty devices will be processed after the in warranty and on a 'failed first - fixed first' basis. Please note that there is no guarantee that the OTA fix will work on every device and should it fail the support team will be in touch to discuss your warranty status and the next steps.
