A small number of regional outages on the Vodafone network continue to prevent a tiny minority of our trackers from working. Work on this is ongoing and although this is outside of our control, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the Vodafone outage in these areas.

Our support team have currently logged outages relating to 74x devices during this incident. If you are experiencing any problems with updating since 3/6./25, please email us at support@trackitnow.co.uk, or by filling in the form at the bottom of this page. Although outside of our control, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the Vodafone outage in these areas.

We have had some further reports of issues which have been raised with the network provider. Further information will be given as soon as it becomes available. This is unfortunately outside of Trackitnow's control.

We have spoken to the network providers who have advised that there are no known issues. We have had reports of a handful of devices that are offline. We have therefore concluded that these are in line with the normal course of business and will be dealt with as such. As usual please raise a device ticket on your ERA web platform if you have any concerns.

Network operator has reported there is a data outage in several regions. This outage is outside of Trackitnow's control. Further updates will be provided as they become available from the network operator.
